After spending a couple of months in the Bay

I drove down the highway straight to LA

And I know I sound just like Lana del Rey

But that’s what it was, so let me just say

I love California

It is in my blood

And I know that one day I am gonna

Go back to my flower’s bud

Where I truly belong

‘Cause where I’m now it feels wrong

 

This may sound to you just like a cliché

I love how people live in such a free way

Reading and writing at my favorite café

In Cali I see me at the end of the day
